What to send us
- A photo of the nameplate. The rating plate on the generator or alternator. This gives us the make, model, prime rating, power factor and year of manufacture.
- Roughly how many hours a day it runs. An estimate is fine — eight, ten, twelve, or round the clock.
- Roughly how heavily it is loaded. If you do not know, tell us what it powers and we will estimate.
- Your location. This affects cascade siting and how far a refill trip will be.

We confirm receipt and tell you if anything on the nameplate is unclear or if we need a second photo.

A first-pass indication of the annual saving available on your set, so you know quickly whether it is worth pursuing.

Written analysis
The formal technical and financial analysis — nameplate table, projected running costs at low, typical and high usage, sensitivity table, and technical considerations.

Site survey
If you want to proceed, we visit to confirm gas train routing, cascade siting, ventilation and safety requirements.

Proforma invoice
An itemised quotation with VAT shown separately. Work commences on receipt of payment.

Payments
How we quote and invoice
Every job is quoted on an itemised proforma invoice issued in your name, with VAT shown as a separate line rather than folded into the total.
- Bank transfer only. We do not accept bank cheques.
- Payment is due on acceptance of the proforma invoice, before mobilisation. Work commences on receipt.
- Nigerian VAT at 7.5% applies to all quotations and is shown separately.
- Proforma invoices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
A note on payment fraud
We do not publish our account details on this website, and we never change them by email mid-project. Our bank details appear only on a proforma invoice issued to you directly. If you ever receive account details claiming to be ours from any other source, call +234 813 048 8161 and confirm before sending a naira.
